I think I’m in the right place now. I’ve finished two dog quilts and a table runner. I still have one more to finish( my second quilt piece for a chair) but it keeps getting put aside for something else. I am completely enjoying myself!

Love the table runner, as for the dogs they look so cosy and warm your babies are very lucky. We lost our staffy two years ago and still we miss her, just cannot bring ourselves to get another.

Loosing our pets is terribly hard. Those dogs are actually my sons dogs. I still need to make a quilt for mine. I’m sorry for your loss. I’m lost with my pets. They keep me going.

The top dog gets covered every night. Has for years with an old rag of a blanket. My so. Has sent me several pictures with his dog and even his cat either on or under the quilt.

ps. I just clicked on to enlarge the photos. I didn't see any embroidery so it should have gone in Community/Sewing. You will learn and know next time.

Robin, I am so proud of you! Are you sure you had never done any quilting before?!! Everyone will really enjoy seeing your latest quilt with all the embroidery! You are so brave, it took me at least a year to embroider and put things together into a quilt.

Thank you! I have been surprised that the dogs actually like being all snuggled in their quilts. Sali Ma likes it the best. My oldest son has been snuggling her for years. Cheerio is alright with it. He belongs to my youngest son.
