I did this on the back of a hoodie for a birthday gift for one of my therapist who has a farm and newly acquired goats! I know she will love it........it is called Just Delightful and will be up on my website tonight......

Delightful is right! If your therapist begins selling goat milk, take her up on the offer. I have been using goat milk and yogurt to get my gut in order and it is helping a lot.
