I have made the top design Jen Kingwell Dreamweaver. I also used fabrics that once was my mother Alice. She passed away in 1999. The white leave was a skiret she had. The tiny house and the butterfly I found in her bin for fabrics. And the light green leave with pink is from fabrics that once was Ingegerds sister of my father in law. She tought me how to make hexagons on paper when i was 18 years old.

Anita I love your work. It is a beautiful wall hanging. Special too because you can look at the pieces and remember the ones you love. I just adore your background fabric. Is it one piece or are there many pieces to the background?

It is many pieces,. but cut in a clever way, so it is easy to do. A patchworktheacher in Alicante did show me how to. It is not explained that way in the pattern

Such beautiful work Anita. It’s lovely to have your mum’s fabric in there too. Well done! Love Chris

Yes Alice is a nice name. my mother and her sister got american names . Alice and Nellie. Their parents planed to move to USA but their dad dided in 1932. So they lived their lives with their mother Greta in Sweden.
