Hi Cuties, school went back last week and today was the first day of soccer for Ophelie and Delphi’s teams. They both won their respective games. The picture below is of Delphi and her team.

I’ve done some sewing this week and finished the lingerie bags, but ended up buying plain white netting as the purple one is expensive. I’ve also made a couple of Poppy brooches for ANZAC DAY tomorrow. Hope everyone is faring well. Love Chris
P.S. That is Steve our Amy's husband, he is the coach of the team. The other two ladies are mum's of a couple of the girls. Amy had to attend Ophelie's game and wasn't in the picture.

Thanks Caroline, we do too. It's still chaos at our place with Amy's family living with us till their house is finished and I've not got much done, but I'm doing things slower. Mum is taking up more of my time due to her short term memory loss. She hasn't been diagnosed officially yet, but I think she has Alzheimer's Disease. Just waiting to see a Geriatrician to confirm my thoughts. Love Chris

Congrats to both teams on winning their matches. What a nice way to start off the school year. The brooches are so pretty. I'm so sorry to hear you Mum is showing memory loss. I hope the geriatrician can help.

I'm seeing a lot of happy faces. I think the children are happy to be back at school. Winning the first game added to the day. Congratulations.

Congratulations on the wins! I hope the doctor can help you and your mother. So many of our loved ones suffer from demitia and Alzheimer's Disease. I worry about my sister, she has developed confusion along with other signs and I will be there for her! Your brooch is very nice. Sending positive thoughts and love to you and your family.

I remember when Ophelie was liddle, and her dresses, too. She is still darling.

Well done to the winning teams. Sorry to hear of your mums problems. My sister isin a nursing home and her dementia is not good. It is very hard to have a conversation with her. I lost one sister that had dementia a few years ago. She was bed ridden and did not know any of us. Her daughter now is showing signs. The daughter is only a few years younger than me. Love the poppy brooch by the way.

I think Delphi favors both her parents. She is so pretty but all your grands are! Love seeing pics of them.

Our fabric shop has different coloured netting stiffer than Wedding Tulle that might work for you.

Get your GP to give your Mum the quick test and also consider Epilepsy.
Hubby was diagnosed with Complex Partial ( or Absentee) They don't have fall down seizers just look into space as such. But the short term memory goes like can't remember a movie we watched 2 days ago or where we went last week. Medication is a great help but not a cure.
