Hi there all,
Im working with the digitizerPro v2.0 for janome mb machine. When i load up my own artwork for digitizing, the program deforms the artwork. It seems to be squeezed.
I have to manually adjust it to get it back as it is on the original artwork ( which are my own drawings )
Then when digitizing it and save it to a jef file, the rcs unit reads it back deformed.
Don't find anything online about this
Anyone here, got or had the same issue?

Solved!
If you come across the same issue as described as above, reset yr screen dimensions of yr pc beceause if you start working on a new pc and has a different monitor with other dimensions you got to make sure to adapt yr editing program to yr new screen dimensions
