Hi Suzanne, I've been in it quite a few times and it's wonderful watching each stage being completed. I think the electricians were in yesterday, and the plumbers have done their bit, but there's still all the white goods and furniture to order. I can't wait. Love Chris

What a beautiful modern looking home! While I know a lot probably needs to be done on the inside, I can't help but to think they will be moved into this house well before October! Your daughter and her family must be so pleased!! Thanks for the update! Hugs, Laura

Looking good! I like the mixed outer walls, bricks, wood, metal . What kind of wood is on the front, do you know? I was thinking the garage is where the trash cans are so what space, room is where the dumpster is?

Hi Toogie, I think the wood is Blackwood and it's a hardwood, it's gorgeous!!
Where the dumpster is that is Steve and Amy's double garage. The little cream one next door is their neighbour's garage. Steve and Amy offered the original owner to do up their garage to match theirs, but he refused, so it's the way it is! Love Chris

Oh I thought it was attached to Amy’s house. That wood is beautiful. I don’t think we have Blackwood here..
