Hi Cuties, Perhaps one of you could help me.
I get newsletters from Designs by Sick but since I haven't been to the site in quiet a while, I am logged out. I have tried signing in and it says my email or password is invalid.Then I request Forgotten password and it says Check Email and there is NO email resetting password. It's so frustrating as I have been trying for ages to sign in. I even tried to re-register and I still get NO confirmation email to log in. What's one supposed to do?

I've been locked out at least since Valentine's freebies, so this is a long-term problem.

They are giving some free for Fathers day maybe they are just over loaded, and will get back with you after Father day is over.

Same thing here Toogie. I think they started over on their database and we are going to have to register again with a different email address to get in. But, I haven't done it yet.

Register again with a different email and then do not log out. That is if you just want to download the free designs.

I had noticed the same and after reading your message I tried to get in, time and again, but could not. Then I used Forgotten password and got the email immediately. I used the same username, same e-mail address (which they had used to send the newsletter), same old password and I was in.

Not funny at all. There are lots of cheaply designed emb. sites that come up with this problem over and over. After many times of re-registering or retrieving the password, communicating with the site, I will eventually decide that free designs aren't worth the time and hassle. There are two sites I have forsaken that constantly had problems.
I think mops meant ‘odd’ funny, not ‘ha ha’ funny.

I have had issues with that there before so I emailed the owner! They were wonderful and responded very quickly and helped me get right back on! I love their designs and they are sooooo very generous with their giveaways! 2 new designs free every hour and then giving tons of free sets on Holidays!

Yes, we know all that but doesn’t do one any good if they can’t log on or get a response. Glad it worked out for you.
