I believe I scored a jackpot yesterday...

Hubby and I took a rare outing to the movies. As we were exiting noticed a couple of boxes of old posters that were being offered for free. I scored a double-sided vinyl poster 60" x 120". The only draw-back is that it is mostly dark colors.

Do you really like it as it is, or will you make carry sacks or other crafty items (Zippy bags, hair bows...) from it?

I don't have any feelings toward this as an intact poster and according to Ebay, is not a highly sought-after or valuable item; so definitely will be using it in craft projects. Should be great in the center of coasters, too.

I can't take a picture of it due to it's size but it's similar to the one here:

Wow I would not cut it up. Could be worth something in a couple of years.

Would it be possible to make Halloween bags for granddaughters? Cut out that center character and say it is a witch. Maybe, one of the other could be a princess? or evil princess? Show the granddaughters, they will have ideas.

I have enough to make a Halloween bag for just about everyone I know. Would you, your significant, daughters and grand be interested, too? LOL

I think I agree with Babash but it could be when your granddaughters are your age.

I repeat, "Make me an offer"...

What??? No offers to save this poster... Speak now or forever hold your peace (or is it my piece? LOL).

Already looking at some bag patterns--both sewing and embroidery.
