Have spent a none sewing day with our eldest daughter. A couple of weeks ago she had new doors and windows fitted to their house. The cats were confused as the cat flap didn’t open for them. My cat stayed in the house when we moved got taken to the vets to be microchipped today. My daughter then spent quite a while programming the cat flap then she and I spent a hilarious hour or two encouraging the three cats to use the cat flap. It’s brilliant and only the their three cats will be able to get in. The phone app goes Miow loudly when a cat enters or leaves and at a glance one can see who is in or out. Technology is brilliant isn’t it? Thanks for reading. The cat below is my Tuppance who christened the cat flap
Yes she is smart. She has two brothers that emigrated to New Zealand but the family decided to return to the UK so they were only there for about 4 months.
You reminded me of what my husband and I had to do when we moved to a house with windows too high for our aging cat to jump to. He loved the faux fleece bed we attached to the window frame so he could watch Kitty TV out the window. Thank goodness for catnip that taught him to go up the stairs my husband built for him.
