Updated at end. Please say prayers for my sweet friend and neighbor, Jackie. She is a hand quilter of quite some skill. Jackie has colon cancer and had been doing well with her treatments at age 93, but now she has had a major heart attack. They wanted to do a bypass, and she said no. Now they are talking less invasive interventions. She has a wonderful outlook on life and says she will probably get through the cancer, but if the Lord decides it's her time, it's her time, so she's not going to worry about it at all.<br /><br />

Remarkable and wonderful news today. Jackie got stents yesterday and is dismissed to home, a walking miracle. Thanks to all the faithful praying sisters!
