Hi Cuties! I tried a mini book cover for a guy. I save & used the black elastic that shoes, flip flops,etc are hooked together at Walmart on the rack.
Update- I tried to install a small grommet without my pliers ( I can’t find mine) to insert elastic for these vinyl covers. The black elastic was off some shoes from Walmart that they use to hang and keep the pairs together. I also wanted you to see they fit perfectly in a mans shirt pocket.
On the cloth fabric, the brown print fabric in the other post, I used a ponytail band. I just stitched a large zig-zag over, not on, the elastic band.
I cannot find my pliers for the grommets. I’ve only had them about 40 years, you would think I could find them-lol

Thank you for sowing us all yours and all the info you helped with. I just told my daughter I have had something 40 + years that I cannot find. Of course it's not in the container I 'always' kept it in with the eyelets and grommets. It's my Dritz Gripper Plier that I paid $3.95 for back in the stone age. Everything else was there but not my pliers.
