Hello Cuties, my hubby finished mowing earlier, but this is the view I get from my sewing room window. I do get the afternoon sun though. I don’t have the beautiful flower beds I used to have. I can’t weed or work them anymore and I do miss and love all flowers. Wish I could have these 100,000 Cutie flowers in my yard-lol
What do you see from your sewing room? What’s your view? Show us what you see.

Open up your blind so we can see your world! Thank you, it is quiet here.
Toogie, You really don't want to see my world right now...……..House being re roofed and the yard is a mess. It is going pretty slow as we are having rain every day. So far no leaks that I can tell as in wet spots on ceiling. Praying and keeping my fingers crossed!

Such a beautiful place Toogie.
I look out onto a reserve. The Kookaburras come back every year and at the moment there is one pesky one that keeps bashing my glass balustrade!!!! These pictures are from 2014, but it's the same view, except we have covered the hole to stop him from attacking our place, but to no avail. We have had a Possum in there for most of the year and the Rainbow Lorikeets have been checking it out too! Love Chris

Thank you for showing us. I remember seeing them and thinking how peaceful it looks except for the bird flying/ pecking the glass.

Right now the smoke is messing up the view from my sewing room. Nothing special to see anyway, but I love my garden. I also love what you get to see.

Are the fires close by? Are you in danger? I truly hope not.❤️🥰XO
the newest is 35 miles away. It really affects the air quality. Again a whole town was burned down. It makes me so sad

You have a lovey view even without flowers,

So where is your picture of what you can see?

My sewing room looks onto the front yard. Like you I can't care for flowers any more so there is nothing special about the view. Which is OK since I prefer to keep the blinds closed to prevent fading and deterioration of my threads and fabrics.

I showed mine, let us see your front yard.
Hubby mowed yesterday and I have always loved the smell of fresh cut grass. I said a few times if it was bottled up like perfume I would buy it- lol😂🤣

Same view with sunshine- come on Cuties, you have to see SOMETHING

I look at closed blinds - it is too bright to keep them open and it helps keeps the heat out when they are closed too!

I close mine too when the sun shines straight in. I have a porch that helps keep the sunshine from coming in, until later. As the sun starts coming down I have to close. I do have mine open most of the day though. Makes me feel better to let light in and see out.
What's the building we see?
My cousin in Texas used to have deer around her house. We enjoyed watching them but they are sometimes a pest, eating everything.

I did put spaces after words....
Also wanted to thank you for showing us your piece of our world. Seems like we are alone sometimes, not too many comment or show pictures...I know people are home a lot more....where are y'all? Come on Cuties, participate!

Well, here is the view from my sewing room. Can you see the flower? Actually it is a weed. I think I will pull it out. If I switch rooms I would have the back yard view (pic 2 & 3 fall 2020) but not enough natural light. Behind my house is a preserve, we have lots of wild life. I have a flower garden but it is a mess right now.

With all those deer's I am amazed you are able to grow flowers. I never could in my old house, but the grandchildren were delighted to see "Bambi" grazing in my backyard

I had a beautiful farm view from my last house but since moving into town I just see another house across the street. Boring, not as nice as yours, but then my sewing machines are not near the window so it does not worry me. Hugs

I like looking out every once in a while even though the yard is the same, the sky changes or the light. It’s so hot here right now I welcome the dark and a shower of rain to cool the day. I hope you like your new place and have settled in well.
Yes we have settled in well. Great not to have to travel a distance for groceries, Doctors etc.

Thank you C! I remembered you said yours faced a street. Nice to visit your world, even though we can’t really get out, it’s good to ‘see’ different places.
