A fall jacket, found this skirt at a Christian thrift store for one dollar, had these beads, I tried using the bead foot, but they where a little to big to feed though the machine so back to the old hand work, all sew by hand neck, front, sleeve, and hem. The fabric is almost like a denim texture.

I made it so a thin long sleeve t neck will go under it. The fabric has a bit of olive green in it so I have an olive green denim skirt that I can wear with it.

Super easy except for the beads, they took some time and patience. The thread stitch had to go in between the bead and come up in the black print along the edge if it came out at the beige area then the stitch must be placed in the very edge so as not to be seen.

You are the thriftiest and best dressed women with an amazing talent.

It made me think I believe I have not worn a skirt for a couple years. Maybe even more

The thrift stores would be empty if more people sewed as I do, I would not be able to find what I do .
