A book on Machine Embroidery. This is a great book for those new to ME, lots of useful advice and help. I have added the ISBN number as they work world wide.

Your book reminded me of a book I bought in The Needle Woman's shop in Oxfordstreet, London in 1973. Well before there were computerised embroidery machines. It had lovely (black and white) pictures. I used to be rather font of embroidering that way back then, now I'd rather digitise things like this.

Sounds like a great book. I sometimes read my embroidery and sewing books over and over and still learn new things.

I think that sometimes we 'think' we know but on reading find out more and revise our thoughts

I think books like this are a great resource for everyone. I know I can always use a review and these books give me good ideas too. I was so fortunate to have wonderful mentors when I started. Thanks for letting me relive pleasant memories.

Yes, it seems like that no matter how many books I have, I always find somesthing I've never thought of before in a new book. I too reread my quilting, gardening, etc. books...sometimes just to see the pretty pictures!
