hi this is doris again i just had to start sewing again after my son died, can't just cry anymore, now i have a problem with a new software , embrilliance essentials. i was told it could change the format of designs, i have done every thing . nothing works, i went online looked it up on the help section. those people are so confussing, talk to fast, act like you know already what they are doing does anyone have one of these??? i really need some help, or just get rid of this of this thing, please help me if you can thanks , lildoll2

Doris I am so sorry that your having problems with your softwear on top of all that you have been through. Hopefully there will be someone here who can help. What I and the other moderators can do is to keep this posting close to the top for a few days in the hope someone with Embrilliance can help you. Good Luck in getting the problem sorted fast

I don't have Embrilliance software I have Embird but thought things might work similar.
If I have a design in say PES and want it in JEF I go to save the design and select SAVE AS that gives me the choice to chose my format. Do you have a similar section?

thank you so much for the offer of help, i have another cutie who is helping me tomorrow, i don't know how to find the change of formats on this program, hopefully i will find out , i will keep you in my mind , if i need more help , xoxo doris
When you click on FILE , do a Save as and a screen will pop up. At the the bottom of the screen you should see a format with a down arrow..click on that down arrow and a screen will show all the formats, pick the format that you want to save. Make sure you named your file at the top, before saving.

I LOVE my Essentials Program! This is the easiest program for me to learn. I had a problem with Embird, when all others said Embird was soooo Easy!. I still have it on my old computer, but don't use it EV-ER. If I knew where you are having probs, I would gladly help you. Hugs, Judy...
