NAVY, WHITE AND YELLOW QUILT BY SWEETPEA (AUSTRALIAN COMPANY) DESIGNS
Hi Cuties, here are the 22 squares so far. I'll wait to see what it looks like once I've done all the roughly 100 squares. I had run out of white thread in the early ones and used a softer grey and that's why some of them don't look as crisp as the white ones do. I since found a massive 5000 metre spool, so happy days! Love Chris
1. 16 squares finished (17 with the new gold one)
2 New design adding gold into the quilt - this design is from their Delft Tile quilt design. I'll be adding more of the tile designs from the Delft blue one throughout the quilt. This one had over 36,000 stitches in it!
3. Full reel of yellow/gold thread.
4. Colour code number, I think it is a Metro thread.
5. 22 squares done - not as productive this week!!

This beautiful quilt is growing to perfection, lovely colors, will be a real treasure when finished!

Would you please share the name of this quilt set? is it one set or a combination of different sets? I can't find it on Sweetpea.

I have tried copying but its not working. Check out the previous post from Chris on this great quilt she is making and you will see/read its more than one design. Currently its night time in Australia hence the lack of reply.

Does Sweetpea ever run sales? Their prices are beyond what I can afford to spend but I love their designs.
Check the site regularly and maybe what you want will appear. Remember too that the prices are probably Au dollars not USA dollars

Hi Caroline, yes, I had a great sleep, but was dreaming of cooking for Mum. So this morning I went over to put on a Crock pot of Lamb Shanks for her for dinner tonight. It was smelling lovely when I left her place at lunch time. Love Chris

This is going to be one gorgeous quilt. Love the added color too. The corners remind me of peacock tails, which are beautiful.

Yes Toogie, I think like that too. The corner blocks look like a Peacock tail. I've done another one yesterday (Saturday) with the same gold leaf fabric. I'll be putting them in amongst the rows to break up the navy. Love Chris
