Well.....this is pretty much where Momma's living now.... this is the "kitty" window that Jim built off our laundry room and for about 2 weeks this is where we find her... no more in her apartment in the basement.....I have to feed her in the window during the day as she doesn't want to come out while we are up and walking around...I am sure she eats and potties as soon as we are in bed....LOL... but she is doing really well and just wanted to share her and her progress with you all!

How lovely to have a kitty window. My older daughter has a new catflap that only lets her cats in. She has a loud Miow on her phone when a cat comes in, also a message when they leave the house

That would be nice device! Jus too keep track of who is in the garage and who is inside. We have a kitty door between the house and the garage for them. These kittens figured it out before we showed them. Cats are just amazing.

Momma has the best view in the house! I'm so glad she us doing well. I love her new apartment (hehe) and I'm sure she loves dining in HER window. So I assume Jim is putting a "kitty window" in the new house.

No plans yet....they will have to be happy with the sun room... Jim did make 10 inch wide windowsills they can lay in the windows as well.....all the windows have them except the kitchen window above the sink...

Hi Vikki what a beautiful window Jim built. No wonder she wants to be there I would be there too.. She looks comfy. Can I borrow Jim for a window like that? hehe She will trust you. I am working with 7 semi feral kittens at the moment and they are coming along great. They are 4 months old. Soon we will adopt them out. Kudos to Jim for a great job! hugs

I'll fly him out for a week after we get the AR house done....LOL.....she has reverted to being scared of us in the upstairs now.....she will not let us touch her in the window, she will let us put our hands in there and give her treats, but swats at us (no hissing) if we try to touch, so we have taken some steps back with her....I know it is because she is not familiar with all the sites and sounds of the upstairs and with Jim & I and the other cats in constant motion, I think it scares her as well.....We will just keep working with her, that is all we can do.....kudos on taming your little feral group. We got our girls trapped at 4 months and although they are so loving with us, they still have that feral suspicious look when they don't understand something.......they don't show that curiosity that Louie has.....but we love them all as well!!

Now that is a perfect kitty window! Even a ledge so kitty won't accidently roll over in the wrong direction! Nice idea!
