Precious dress for a special girl! Is it soft enough for pillowcases? I love little florals like this.

It is a bit too thin for pillowcases. The yoke is lined with the same fabric and a light vilene to give it some body.

Yes you do need to stitch up more. Too cute to waste the fabric. I just love the lace.

Oh how sweet! Sewing for children is so rewarding. I love making baby clothes, but haven’t had the need to make any lately. This little dress came out so good.

It brings back memories of when my daughter was small. Love the fabric and the lace just finishes it off, you have done a lovely job. So very pretty it would also make a nice top for ladies, have always loved square necks.
