You know how proud you are when you find (or stitch) exactly the right gift for someone, or when someone gives you the perfect gift? Two years ago at Christmas, my boys gave me a new, more powerful blower, so I could finish the job faster and with fewer steps on my hurting knees. Today I was blowing off the carport and saw a small piece of a limb which I blew on over the edge and down the hill. Very dangerous to me, as it might trip me and my cane and send me flying. l looked back down the hill and saw that the "limb" was a 3" frog, hopping away in haste. Poor guy. I guess he won't be coming back to my carport!

Thanks for the laugh! And loved Laura's observation too. You created quite the tornado. I'm glad you do whatever it takes to be safe.

Ah poor wee froggy. Your sons knew what their mother would appreciate but I am sure they were not anticipating that you were going to move frogs with your blower

I am laughing at the poor frog. He may think twice before coming close to your porch again

They are everywhere! I went to the grocery store 2 miles away and was almost home when I saw my ‘hitchhiker’ . I stopped on my road and got his mug shot for Gus.

I was listening to a frog this a.m. just outside the kitchen window. A few years ago after bringing in some plants, I found three in the family room--two I was able to catch and release, but the third one was elusive. Finally left the outside door open for him to escape.
