Cuties, once again I need help from the Prayer Warriors. Last night out littlest great-grandbaby was admitted to PICU for RSV(respiratory syncytial virus), which is very contagious. Emilia is only just shy of being 6 weeks old, but wasn't even supposed to be born until the 30th of this month. She was doing well, but got sick 3 days ago. We are thinking that her sister, 4 years old, may have brought it home from school. She was sick, and still yucky, but we think that she was miss-diagnosed. Both girls were tested for Covid, and they are negative. We are caring for the 4 year old at this time, and at our ages getting one up and ready to go to school by 7:00 AM can be exhausting. But little Emilia is on oxygen, and they are going to try some breathing treatment. They tried to wean her some from oxygen, but her levels dropped into the 80's without it. So, she is currently on oxygen, IV fluids, and possibly the breathing treatment. We will know later. She is just so tiny, that we are concerned about it. She is just now fitting in to some of the preemie onesies.
