What a beautiful design! I can't wait for winter to arrive, we live in the tropics of north Queensland, Australia, and, of course we never get snow, but it can get fairly cool for us, down to about 8 C.( for about 1 week! ), then it's very pleasant for a while. It's just soooo hot here at the moment, we are in air-con 24/7 !

Not sure what todays temp is in my bit of the UK is but the car was frozen this morning and we have pretty looking frosty roofs. It’s probably slippy underfoot too. Right while you look forwards to your winter yippee it will be my summer

This a nice design, we got 7 or 8 " of snow that is unusually for us , I have not got out since, Sunday if began snowing about 4am. so sewing is such a blessing for me. Helps keep me sane in a crazy world.

Oh Carolyn, this is so beautiful. Yes, those flakes are gorgeous and I am sitting here hoping we don't get no more of that stuff, lol. Love that Hound-tooth fabric also. I never see the 'big picture' at a fabric store, when I get to one, what to use the fabrics for. Then I see a project such as this. Fantastic.
