Today has been a very rough day for me. I got word while waiting in a hospital imagining center that my older sister passed away unexpectedly. She had covid but was recovering and moved to a rehab. Her son was called that they were taking her to hospital, but she passed before he could get there. My heart is broken. My niece is very upset as her mother died alone, but I know that she had people that loved her waiting for her. I have been trying to get out to see her in Texas...please pray for us, and her 4 children, and all her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren. She and her husband were missionaries for several years.

So sorry Dionna. Sudden loss comes with a lot of shock and abruptness. Remind your niece that her mom believed in her heavenly Father and he was right there with her all the way to the end and the beginning of her new life. So, she died surrounded by love. Perhaps in a few weeks your niece would like to come visit you and reminisce about her mom with you, since you didn't get to Texas. Try to see past the way she died and see that she has gone to a place of great beauty, great peace, great joy, great love, and a place of complete healing. Prayers for all who are in this loss together.

Dear Beth, I am so sorry to read this post and please be assured you are all in my prayers. May the love she had here on earth be ever present with her in her 'new' life in Christ. There has been a lot on television here in Australia about our patients being on their own when dying, let's pray that this will change real soon. Love Chris

Words can never fill that huge hole that is now in your heart, I know. But you and your family are surrounded and uplifted on the many prayers being spoken and written for you all. I hope you do manage to get out to see your family soon and you all can hug and laugh and cry together.

Yesterday and today have been rough, but we know that my sister is loved and in a better place. My brother and sisters were spread all over the US. From California to Florida. My parents had 6 of us, 3 older ones, and 3 younger ones. I am the oldest of the younger ones. I have twins younger than I am. A brother and Sister. Thank you all for your messages. It helps to know that there are so many caring cuties out there. Hugs to you all.
