Well girls, I’ve finally had some time to do some sewing and guess what, it’s on my new Husqvarna Epic. It’s so big I had to fully open up my Horn cabinet.
I’m going to make 2 of these hand towels for my best friend Sue who has moved down to the Southern highlands (a 3 hour drive door to door). Sue has always come to my Annual Christmas ladies luncheon, but now she is so far away I suggested it was too much.
Anyway we are going down to Lake Crackenback Resort Thursday for the whole weekend for our Niece’s wedding. It’s a good 8 hour drive and on the way home Monday we are staying at Sue’s daughter’s B’n’B in Penrose. Sue and her husband Dave have moved to Bundanoon! Doesn’t it sound gorgeous? It’s a very cool region and their winters are much colder than ours here in Newcastle. It just so happens to be their 46th wedding anniversary on the 28th so we are all going out Monday night to celebrate.
The significance of the Daffodils is that they represent the 46th wedding anniversary. I hope that Sue likes them. Love Chris.

I can't wait to catch up with Sue as she couldn't come to our Christmas get together at one of our local Nurseries. I didn't have them at my home last Christmas as it was too much with the kids moving out around that time.
We have lots of chatting to do and it will be great staying at the BnB. Lots of travelling too, but it will be good to see Trev's family. We haven't been down to Canberra in over 2 years!!! Covid has certainly squashed a lot of people's travels. Love Chris
I always admire what you create and long to be as skilled as you.
Sue loved them and already has them hanging over her bath in her new home. Love Chris
We are really tired and need a rest for a couple of days!!!!!!!!!!!! Love Chris
