Hi gals, stuck at home in isolation, so decided to sew out this beautiful cross with poppies. I’m going to give it to my Priest, who, bless his heart has taken my mother shopping as I can’t go and see her till Tuesday.

Trev has tested positive to Corona after our family wedding on the weekend. I had a PCR yesterday and it was negative. So being stuck at home has its benefits!!

Love Chris

Stunning! Prayers for you and Trev. I hope he has mild symptoms. Did you use the same color thread in the bobbin? Love health and peace, Suzanna

Hi Suzanna, yes, Trevor is fine, just like a bad head cold. Yes, I always use the same thread in the bobbin as on top for FSL. Love Chris

Prayers for you and Trev. This piece is just, WOW! What a wonderful gesture to give to your priest. Our one Pastor retired on Monday and this would have been wonderful. What site? I could still stitch it out and mail to him. Tonya

Oh wow, this is beautiful - Your Priest will be touched by it and your consideration! I'm happy he was able to take your Mom out. Perhaps your kiddos, even with how busy they are can spend some time with their sweet Grandmother! I hope you don't catch Covid and I truly hope Trev's case isn't bad! Hugs to you! Laura

Hi Laura, yes, it's a worry with getting the kids to go to their Grandmother's. Amy is the closest to her, then Ben, Dana hardly ever sees her.
I didn't catch Covid and Trev's back to normal and out at work yesterday and today. He will be home about 8.00 tonight (Tuesday evening). He teaches adult education TAFE (Technical and Further Education) Love Chris
