April 26--I have been made an offer to trade-up my HV Designer Ruby Royal for a new single-head, 10-needle MN1000, stand, and used HP Sapphire sewing machine. Does anyone out there have experience with the HV 10-needle machine? Your thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated before accepting or rejecting this offer.

I don't know anything about these machines but a few years ago I looked at some multi needle embroidery machines .What put me off them was ,that they were heavy & I'm getting older ,so getting one upstairs to my sewing room would be a problem & they need to be serviced ,so down the stairs again.
