I'm doing this triangle pouch project in my serger club and didn't want to feel like an absolute dummy so made a sample at home--it will be an actual Cmas present-tada!! I just hope I made it like the teacher is teaching--it came out right so I'm happy anyways.

I have a whole deep plastic drawer full of zippers of different sorts. Some were from my deceased mom's collection, some I bought when clearance and fabric store going out of business, some donated and I am a recycler of such objects. I enjoyed making this. She taught the one from Crafty Gemini but that left a raw serged edge up the back. I like this one better since no raw edges does the eye see. So now I have one that is sewing printed fabric to match a quilt block holder I made to keep fabrics for blocks flat while working on them. They are fun to make and take so little time.

Great job...even if it turns out not to be exactly as your teacher will teach!

Thank you Cuties---can't respond to all so do it in one lick. Fun to make. If you haven't made them there are sure a lot on YouTube. I was informed by my youngest Granddaughter that she was not interested nor would her cousin be for one for Cmas so maybe my little greatgrandgirls will find a use. I will be making more. I can keep my plastic clips and sewing what nots in them or few things to take to sewing club when necessary.
