Grand - Cat rescued. Just talked to my 42 year old overweight son who has shimmied up 30 feet of a large tree to get Mr. Bojangles down. My best advice was to rattle some food in a pan and if that didn't work - the garden hose. He was checking with all his neighbors for a 30 foot ladder. He tossed the cat down the last 12 feet and says Bo was waiting patiently and submissively at the back door afterwards to go in and eat. Cat is fine. Son will be plenty sore tomorrow - first tree since probably age 11 or 12. He says next time the garden hose! Also that the tree had "wicked" bark. Ah, Cat Parenthood.

Thirty five miles away! But, I would pay money if a neighbor did take that picture.

At last report, Bo was overfed for supper and was making "biscuits" on son by way of apology.

Aww, that is true love! I'm glad your son was able to rescue Mr. Bojangles safely and the 2 can now get back to normal living. And I hope Mr. Bojangles is content living life without risking another life.
