Hi Gals, I’ve done 6 bags so far. I used up all the black and white floral fabric and lined 4 with plain black. I did one with the same fabric, but decided to just use plain black, it is cheaper that way.

I did a larger size in the checked fabric. The 5 in the black and white floral fabric were cut 17x17 inches, I made the straps 22” and padded them with iron on Pelion. These are for our church fete in October. From start to finish they take me an hour and a half. Fiddly, but I like them to be perfect. If I had some thicker fabric they would be great too.
It’s gorgeous here today and I’m enjoying getting back to sewing. Love Chris
