Hi cutie friends...we have arrived....omg, what a trip and thank God for Andi at the beginning of the trip for gathering up the clan in their carriers...only one injury, Jim got bit by Momma....he thought it was Jif and told Andi that he could get this one and lo and behold it was Momma and she wasn't having any of the hub bub as she already saw some of the others get netted....his hand is doing fine so far, but we had to get into the trailer that was already packed to get him a clean tshirt and shorts cuz he looked like he was coming from a crime scene and he stunk cuz one of the girls sprayed him like a skunk with anal gland juice...omg, so glad I had my own car to follow him in so I didn't have to smell it. We didn't get separated at all either and took us about 10 hrs. Jim said kittiesvwere quiet the whole trip and we only stopped 3 times for bathroom breaks and gas. Last nite our 2nd night here we lost power and internet...had a whopper of an electrical storm....got electric back in less than 2 hrs but was this morning til we got internet...hopefully Jim will get my office computer up and running tomorrow...he needs to go back to old house to get it ready for sale, hopefully will only take him about a week. Gotta go for now, girls and Louie are doing fabulous....Cassi and Momma are still hiding most of the time but we do get to see them as they run thru the room.....here's a couple pics I shot last nite....don't mind the mess☹️
Hope Jims hand is going to be OK. My hubby had to go to the hospital twice for Cat bites. They can get nasty.....Happy everything went well traveling too.
Enjoy your new home ... HUGS
Poor Jim! I hope his hand is OK and no infection occurs. And he is forgiven by Momma, and he forgives her.
Your place already looks better than when we first moved into a new place. it was lawn chairs, a card table and chairs and an airbed until the moving company decided to deliver our household goods.
I have to say, I think the cats got the best place. I love their view.
Take care and don't overdo the unpacking. I always disliked that the most.
Poor Jim and poor little Momma. I hope they both recover quickly.
Take it as easy as you can.
