UPDATE - Hi Gals, wow what a day we’ve. Early rising, long flights of 6 + 14 hours to Singapore and then to Milan (with an extra hour due to late arrival of the plane we were waiting to to go to Milan on ). Milan is hot - nearly 29c. Trev took a photo of me in front of the Milan cathedral which took 600 years to build. I’m holding a Gelato! My hair looks funny, it’s not that colour, more silvery! Off to do some sightseeing today Sunday 11th. It’s 5.00am as I write this. We’ve had about an 11 hour sleep. Love Chris
1. Duomo Milano
2. Trev and I in front of the Gucci building.
3. Me in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, crushing testes!
4. Me in front of the Swiss Bernina train.
5. Looking down from the left side of the Cog railway to the city and Lake St Moritz.
6. Another view of St. Moritz but on the other side of the Cog Railway.
Yes, a Gelato is an ice-cream. I had Limone (Lemon) and Fragola (Strawberry) and today I had Limone and Mango, so yummy and it's been so hot here at 30C. When we left Newcastle it was 20C and raining!! Love Chris
P.S. Off to Brig, St. Moritz, Zermat etc. for the next 5 days.
Love your comment about the "nice looking church", that made me smile!!! Sounds just like a typical Paul Hogan comment - we don't brag much as Aussies, but we are an enormous country and everything down-under is BIG!!!
It's a HUGE cathedral. Love Chris
I did have another Gelato today, Lemon and Mango, love Chris
The 3rd picture is of me in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle 11, which is a stunning mall where there is a picture of a Bull. People are to put their heel in and turn anti clockwise 3 times on the Bull's privates!!!!!! It is meant to bring Good luck. If you zoom in, have a look on the guy's face behind me! Love Chris
