This was a serger club project---a 6 square tablerunner. I added a 7th block, crocheted some type crochet ribbon I had in a chain to add my own trim after the gold cord ran thru the reverse flatlock, then made my embellishments. I am turning it into an over my French door Cmas wall quilt. I doubt it will get hung this year though. I embellished a whole lot more than club members and some never finished theirs.

I'm glad you showed us this very pretty project. You extra embellishments have certainly made it pop

Thanks, I only ever used my serger for clothing and finishing seams to look good, now I am learning a lot more.

Really just need a sleeve on the back for a slat to hang straight since I plan on using those clamp on with rings for the rod. I am running out of steam though, so to speak. Thank you.

Very nice! Looks like you put lots of time into it. I wish a serger club was near me because I would join.

I'm glad I joined this one because I have been serging for over 20 yrs but only did so with clothing so I would have finished seams or rolled hems like for scarves. I am learning new things to do. I had plenty of sleepless nights thinking what else I could add to this and this is what I came up with. It was the most elaborate runner finished.
