I get thread breaks or jams and needle breaks so learned to watch mine. You are very trusting of your machine. My dealer isn't very good with service--her son is the technician and I've see what he did to a floor model when a hoop was jammed. I will never take it there. I can't travel too far and this is the only dealer within a reasonable distance. Some of their practices I don't like but that is where I go to my monthly serger club. Well, you can see why I am not embroidering as much as I used to, lol, sit or get called upon to do something else so quit.
