This is from a paper in the 1980. or 1990 My mother made the cittens for her granddaughter and I found the pattern after my mother had passed away. So easy to do as you use a circular. Cast on 120 stiches. Easy though you never made with pattern before.

If you enlarge the pictures, you can see why anitapatch wanted to show us this pattern. They are cute indeed. And her post for the translation will help anyone interesting in making this project. I hope someone will make and show off these nice potholders

I like the kittens. Although I would never knit potholders I love these for a child's sweater. Thanks for showing!
