I thought you all would like a little chuckle. Last evening was the Christmas program for the kindergarten students at the school that our 5-year-old great-granddaughter attends. This was her little 15-month-old sister. Emilia was sitting on our daughter's lap, and she just plopped her feet up on the back of the seat in front of her.

I don't even think that he noticed, for he was up and down so much cheering the kids on. Others in the row saw that and was laughing at her. It was a good group enjoying the program.

It was a very good time, and wasn't that lengthy for the little ones, for each grade had a time to show up and leave. But if parents had students in different grades it would sure make for long evenings.

Yes, her big sister had some just like them and I called them Ruby Slippers, and she told me, "Gigi, those are not slippers, they are shoes. "
