A few days ago sewilso posted her lovely towel topper projects and tutorial link. It just so happens, I was also looking for a new topper idea to makes some towels to include with other gifts this year. Here are a few I have finished so far. Thanks for looking.

Thank you all for the lovely comments. These were fun and easy to make. I used a border fabric (stripes of different border designs across the WOF), to fussy cut the bands, and the body of the middle towel. I have one green towel left that I want to add an Autumn topper to, for myself, for next year. Hope I can remember to do that after the Holidays.

Thank you. This is the info from sewilso’s post of her own towels. The tutorial is on You Tube.

I forgot to mention I made mine one inch wider, but only made 2 so far, I hope I get enough ambition to make several more. At the rate I'm going it's not looking good, lol!

I love the idea of your use of more than one fabric. Years ago I had purchased an ITH potholder design, and have yet to use that, but hope to someday, the towels and matching potholder would really be a nice giftset too.

That’s a great idea to include potholders. I could use the wider stripe section of the border fabric so it will coordinate nicely. Thanks.
