Trying to help someone else register on Cute Cross Stitch, but she’s getting an error message: “SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.” Basically, the registration confirmation email isn’t going out. The “Contact Us” link isn’t working, either (server stops responding). Does anyone know how I can contact someone about these problems?
