Thank you for my recent birthday greetings. It is lovely to see people from my sewing world sending me birthday wishes from … all over the world. I started celebrating over a week ago as we stayed with our younger daughter and grand daughters. We had a lovely Japanese meal cooked by the three of them. The girls are very adept at sushi preparation. I also got my trusty Bernina sewing machine serviced while away. Then on the actual day our older daughter cooked a totally different Japanese meal at her house. Now it’s back to normal life again and I can no longer ignore the housework any more.
