This design is soooo old, maybe back in the early 90's. The black outline did not match up so had to use fabric paint in the blue plate. I ordered 18x 28-inch flour sack towels (like I need more towels) from Colonial Patterns and I am pleased with them. As always thanks for taking the time to see my projects! Hugs and flowers to all, Suzanna

You did a great job rescuing the design. It looks great! I find it so interesting to compare old designs to the newer designs.

Thank you! Yes, machine embroidery has advanced so much over the years. I'm sure we all have 1000's of older designs.

Really cute for a kitchen towel. And yes, you can always use more towels.

Perfect design for the towel. Love feed sack towel. Dating self here , remember helping my Mom take out stitching on the sacks so she could wash and turn in to kitchen towels.
You did a great job of rescuing the stitch problem.
Thank you for shar

Thank you! I don't remember the original bags of flour but I love the towels. I especially like the unbleached, but they are hard to find.

I love it. In the early days of us using a home embroidery machine I don't think digitizing for the home embroiderer was all that good on a lot of designs although they liked to tell us it was our hooping. They even had a lot of larger jump stitches across a design which was unpleasing. This design reminds me of Tattered S designs.

Thank you! I know what you mean. Design was way before TS.
