That is SNAKE in that house.
This is my little soon to be 6-year-old great-granddaughter at a Gatorland attraction in Orlando....No way would I be brave enough to go up to something that big.
Sad thing about it is that people get these things when they are little, and get too big to have at home, and release them into our woods and swamps. UGH

I agree, they release them and they multiply in our wetlands.
I would not go around it either. The skin looks loose or baggy… like it’s got room to eat more! No not me, but children have no fear because danger is unknown to them.

Does Snake Away work on one that big?

I am not sure....I don't want to ever see ones of these things in the wild.

I'm glad your great granddaughter isn't being taught to fear snakes. But I agree, that is one huge snake.

She knows to leave them alone, as she can't tell the difference yet between the bad ones and the good ones. But she loves anything to do with nature. I don't know how many times we have gone out with her to pick up bug and put in her little butterfly cage. LOL
