Hi cuties.....I have a medical question for you all....When I had my routine bloodwork in April, my doctor was alarmed by my low sodium, so she set me up for another blood test 3 weeks later after making sure I drank at least one bottle of gatorade a day, well my sodium dropped another 2 points so I go to Jonesboro Hospital (60 miles away) on Friday to get results from an ortho doc who took alot of blood and he got a positive result regarding an autoimmune disorder, so he is referring me to a rheumatologist (in July) and my family doc wants another blood draw when I go to the hospital on Friday and she said if this one is as low or lower then more tests will need to be conducted.....what the heck? Wish this would have all happened in Illinois when my doctors were all 3 miles or less away😫...So just wondering if anyone else has had experience with low sodium? I tried to stay away from the internet about it but couldn't help it and when I googled it and read about it, it scared the heck out me.......then I had the nerve to google Rheumatoid Arthritis and that scared me too........Stay away from being an on line doctor!!!! Much love and prayers for all that are looking for them!

Vicki, I can understand the doctor situation as the past 50 years I have lived in areas that have required more than a 3 hour drive to a 1 hour drive, all here in our wonderful state of AR. I'm also dealing with an autoimmune disorder. Will be praying for you.

Thank you so much for the much needed words....it is just a shock to go from accessible health care to this situation, but we love living here for sure!

Being an online doctor is not as scary as an online pharmacist. Make sure they test you for lime disease. They will knock out some of the possible causes testing spinal fluid. Don't be too worried. You're not alone! Bring someone with you to help you remember instructions or a list of things to do or not do. Breathe!

Thanks for the reminder to breathe! Every time I think of what all this could mean sends me into a panic feeling! Yes, they did test me for Lyme and that was a negative..... Yes, Jim will be with me all the way, so he is for sure my rock right now.....🥰
