Honeybee Coasters - for the family we are going to help soon to harvest their honey. I’m making 6 in total and the next batch is stitching out now. This design is from Kreative Kiwi. The fabric they are laying on is what I used for the back side. I will also make the larger trivet size to complete this set. Hope they like it.

I love your idea and hope your family business will be very successful. I think this set would be a wonderful addition to offer for sale along with the honey.

Thank you. Yes, I agree. It would very cute to offer for sale. I don’t know how extensive their honey operation is since we haven’t been there yet. I just hope they will enjoy some Bee accessories.

Very nice! I too, got this design from KK but have not stitched it out. Yours came out awesome! Love your backing fabric too, perfect match.

Thanks Toogie. There was another fabric that was actually called Honeycomb and it looked quite nice too. But I thought this one coordinated better with the embroidered design on the front.

I got these too but not stitched. They are just lovely. I love bees for some unknown reason. Oh, to have some real pure 100% honey. We love honey in this family. As Karen states, would be awesome to include this with the sales of some and make a whole complete package deal.

Thanks! We enjoy using honey as well. Our friends live about 3 hrs away, so their honey is different from any we can get locally. I sure hope we get bring a good supply home with us!

Thank you. There was another fabric called honeycomb that was more colorful, but this one is a better match size-wise, and less busy.
BTW, it’s just “Tu”, and has nothing at all to do with ballet.

These are adorable! I must have this design somewhere. Your fabric choices are spot on! Great idea on the trivet too. Please be safe and get NO bee stings.

Thanks so much. Since we are new”bees” at this process, and only assisting this year, we will most likely help with spinning or filtering the honey. The dangerous, hard work at the hives will be done by our friend and his son who is the actual beekeeper. I think it will be a fun & tasty adventure.

Thanks Noah. Hugs to you as well.
BTW, hubs and I picked nearly 14 lbs of blueberries recently. Do you have a favorite jam/jelly recipe? I’d like to try making some. Haven’t done that since I was a child and helped my mother do it.
