Made some birthday magnets today, used Metalic thread and fabric is Pack Cloth, nice weight. I have used it many times. After the embroidery, I stuck them on the magnet sheet, then cut random with scissors. I glued design around the edges of a magnet sheet using liquid stitch. After drying I used some chalk to color in areas and edges. The set has 10 designs not all birthday and so quick and easy to do. Maybe I will do some Christmas quick stitch magnet cards. Never seen this done before, just made it up in my head.

I hope everyone is having a great day. Hugs and Flowers, Suzanna

Very creative thinking and the magnets turned out adorable. Some of us will be flipping through our designs tomorrow. I always save those annoying lawyer magnets attached to the front of my phone books, so I have plenty of magnet material to use in my stash!

Thank you! It is sort of like duck cloth, or twill but water resistant, similar to outside grill cover material. I use it for many projects especially ornaments. Never tried to wash it.

Thank you! I recently re-found an embroidery site. Not sure if I can mention her site name. She follows copyright rules.
