Has anyone used this Gingher sharpening service? https://gingher.us/Gingher_Maintenance.html
My Gingher 4 inch curved embroidery scissors need sharpening and I want to be sure about the service before I send them out. I purchased a new pair to have an extra and it's made differently now with a thicker lower blade which makes it so I can't cut as close. That's why it's important to fix my old pair. My local scissor sharpeners won't touch this type of scissor.

I have not used that service but I would think that as they are the manufacturer they would probably do a good job, reading their page it sounds as if they take a lot of care to sharpen and repair your scissors. Maybe someone else has used the service and can speak from experience. I would give them a go.

Thank you. I called and got a recorded message with an email. I sent an email several days ago with no reply so that concerns me. I saw a 5 year old Reddit thread that says they do a good job on the scissors but don’t communicate.
