Advice please: I am doing a small logo with words on a rayon/polyester blouse. What suggestions do you have for stabilizer and hooping? I've read to spray a cutaway stabilizer with a sticky spray and then hoop both the fabric and the stabilizer together. This is a ready made blouse so I don't have an exact duplicate fabric to practice on.
