I posted a note a few minutes ago and ran out of room, I think. My problem is that I installed a new antivirus program and now I cannot download the daily CuteEmbroidery designs due to a security setting. I cannot find how to change it to let me download. Help would be great ! Thanks.

Hi Ann, it depends on which Anti Virus program you installed. Open it and look for the file marked: Options/Preferences/Settings/ it could be called any of those depending on the program, you will need to verify what things are blocked and what are allowed. The best place to look for help is in your antiVirus program's HELP files. People often tend to forget that is what they are there for and nowadays you can even type in whole questions and find the answer appropriate to your problem.<br />Would try to help further but it's nearly 4 AM here so will have to hope someone else can continue this assistance, as i'm off to bed.<br />hugs n roses, M
