Dear Mary. This is terrible news, but remember there is only One who directs our time here and his name is not MD. There are so many break throughs in todays medicine. Go to a specialist and if you are not satisified, go for a second opinion. You may need to make some life changes, but you can do it. I'm praying for you. ;)

Mary, I'm so sorry for the burden you're having to bear.
Trust the Lord with this. His ways are not our ways, His thoughts are not our thoughts. He is an amazing God and all things are possible through Him. My husband had a heart attack at age 55, and is on a bunch of meds. He did quit smoking. :-) (An aside on that; my daughter-in-law is using a medication to help her quit smoking and she has had success with it. PTL!!)

mm I am sorry to hear about your husbands condition. Let me share this with you. My DH has many illness to come against him and I stood in the gap for him. Each time that devil come I hit him with the word. My DH could have been gone many of times but I reminded God of HIS WORD. MM I pray that the Lord will dispatch legions of ANGELS with flaming swords in their hands to do battle concenrning you and your DH. I command everything to bow to the NAME OF JESUS. I send every health issue to the pits of hell to be chained and bound until judgement day. In JESUS NAME I Pray and it is so. MM be ENCOURAGED God has not bought you this far to leave you...You are talking to a MIRACLE ;) *2U

Ahhhh Mary I'm so sorry to hear your news. You hang in there girl and know that I'm with you right along with all the other Cuties. One thing you must remember during all this.... Take care of yourself. If you need to talk you know where to fnd me.

Mary, I know its very much easier said than done but surely it would be best for you both quit smoking (think better health, cleaner air and money saved too!)and a healthier lifestyle with a lot of excersice and healthy low fat diet help. We will keep him, you and your family in our prayers. God still does miracles to those who have faith in Him. God bless you all

Do think positive marymoore, he is being checked by doctors and this was surely a sign that something was not right, he must take better care of himself obviously and you must try not to make yourself sick with worry, this will not be an easy time, please try to keep yourself well...hugs

Mary dear, First, let me say, don't panic. I know of no doctor who can predict how long someone is going to live by looking into an eye!!! You need to have your husband seen by at least 2 specialists: an opthamologist for his eyes, and a cardiologist for his heart. They will be able to evaluate his condition more thoroughly than a family doctor can. Please let me know the results
his stress test. Does he have heart disease? Has he been having chest pain? You need a whole lot more information about his condition before you can allow yourself to believe what that doctor told you. Be strong Mary, the Lord is at your side. Love and prayers...Barb

I used to work for the Hair Club for Man, there I meet a client that had only a few weeks lo live, He was on the hearth transplant list.He was on so many pills and always waiting for the sound of the beeper,expecting that a donor was available. He was under so much stress, after five weeks he decided he was going to enjoy whatever time he had left, returned the beeper to the hospital and prayed and hope for the best, he has had several heart atacs and had extense heart damage.The end of my story? It has been over 12 years, he is completely healthy, working and enjoying life, doctors don't have the last word, God does.

Oh Dear Mary, these does not sound like good news - but we never really know what the message is - until we go to the source - do we? You need to stop and pray - pray from your heart and soul - ask God to guide you and direct you - to hear the message that he is sending you and your husband - do the things that He would have you do - get healthy and live strong - have the time of your life - while you have life to live - be the people He would have you be - believe in Him and believe in the prayer of prayer - He is speaking to you - both of you - hear what He has to say to you. Believe in miracles, too!

Mary... let's take a trip in our Bible... what happened when the Jewish spies went into Egypt after the LORD told them it was their land to take... all but two came back with a giant called FEAR... and that giant has penetrated my people (I'm Jewish... but a believer in Jesus AMEN!) throughout history. Bad reports make us fearful... but HE did NOT give you the spirit of fear but what? Power, Love and a Sound Mind! Do not let a doctor tell you what time it is friend! Do not live out the time you have with ANYONE covered in fear. That doctor isn't GOD, and only GOD knows the life span of your husband or anyone else... your faith is being tested... we all will stand in the gap for your DH that GOD will heal him in HIS timing and in His way... and that He will give you faith to see that HE can do ALL things through Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus Christ) who strengthens you. Satan will lie... choose this day whom you will believe! Let this mess be your message and this test be your testimony! Love you VERY much and am praying for you...xoxo

Mary - I know that you feel this is the worst news possible right now, and this is a very heavy burden for you to bear. But, as others have told you, you can not live in Fear of what will be. Trust in the Lord, and accept his decisions, and you may very well find that this situation is not nearly as bad as it appears right now. Blessings to you and please keep us posted.
