GD spending the day and night with me. Spent the day shopping then embroidered this BunnyCup design on an apron so that we could cook pancakes in the morning. (The mind of a 7 year old!)

7 years old, they all want to cook and must have their own apron. I was on the same boat a couple of weeks with my son. I wonder if the cooking part is just an excuse to get the apron lol

This is lovely. I always wear an apron when I'm busy round the house and especially if I'm baking, I have a habit of wiping my hands on myself without thinking, but I haven't thought of embroidering one yet. Better get my thinking cap on..... a special flower for you for the inspiration! Love from Dianne x x x

I don't know which is sweeter- the cupcake embroidery or the little girl. I think she wins hands down!

Great job. Isn't it fun to do things with your grandchildren. I have been doing aprons for their birthdays and they get very excited about them.

I agree with Amelia! An apron is definitely necessary for the making of pancakes! I made aprons with pockets, and mitts for my girls. The memories I have are treasures. I hope you and Amelia get a lot of wonderful hours of enjoyment from that pretty apron! Great picture!
