This design is separate from the text - you can choose from a selection of texts, choosing the place to go. What I didn't realise, until I began embroidering, is that an s is missing after the apostrophe in let' (s), Hand embroidery solved the problem for me on this project but, does any 'Cutie' have this with the correct text please? I purchased from Julia's Needle Designs.

I like the design and the saying. Seeing that you puchased the design, can't you contact the designer or Julia's site about the spelling error? They might get you the right one.

No problems Mops - you didn't charge for your error!!!! Yes, I suppose I could send an email & see what the outcome is.

Who's a clever girl then!! You made a good job of
that 's', no one would guess it was put in by hand
afterwards, no offence meant for your hand
embroidery Jean. *4U

Pat, I'll have to ruminate on that one - are you saying my handwork is rubbish or that my machine work is rubbish?? either way I don't get a rosette . . bother . . . I'll just say thankyou & no more.
by nonmusicmom 25 Jul 2008
I think what Pat was sayings is your machine work is great but you did an amazing job with matching the stitching and style in the "s" that you had to add. That's not easy to do. Anyway thats my opion. It looks great.

Jean, shall we let all the other Cutes know that we both have a very good sense of humour, just in case they think we are
going to start World War 3? Here's a big
rosette for your hand and machine embroidery *****

Nonmusicmom - I apologise if the 'banter' between Pat & I was misunderstood - banter, that's all it is. Pat & I are great email friends & like to have a joke between us. Hope this clears the matter up.

I should also say thank you for your concern, should there be any hurt feelings involved. I can assure you there are none.

I have found several cute saying about avoiding housework (mostly from quilters). I love them all (and I need them all) :)

very cute, what are you making with it?

My intention was to make a tote bag with it - I might still do that because the fabric is good & strong for that purpose.

Hi I corrected it later on and replaced it. You must have answered the trivia before I caugth the mistake. Thank you for writing
Shirlene,The above is copied from email received from Julia's designs. I don't know what is meant by 'answering the trivia' I thought I purchased the design (but it was some time sgo & it doesn't show up in my account history!) Oh well, if I do use it again it means a hand embroidered 's'.

Adelmarie, Apparently the error was corrected later by the Designer (see Shirlene's comment & reply) so maybe you got lucky. Thank you for commenting.
