You didn't specify free or not. If you want detailed you will probably have to pay for them. You can try www.secretsof.com they have some absolutely gorgeous designs and freebies too, (not sure if any of the freebies are fairies.) Try looking under the category children and then go from there.

Are you looking for free designs or any designs? EmbLibrary has some awsome ones.(not free)
