Thank you. If you mean the designs for the
cards, see the answer I gave Roxsy. The
actual cards came from Card Creations here
in the UK. *4U

Thank you. Your embroidery designs are very beautiful. I have thought about doing a project like this, but I did not know where to purchase the cards.

Pat, very nice work - your cards are always wonderful! How much do you usually get for your cards?
by ron111otter 27 Jul 2008
Thanks Shirlene. Not enough for the amount
of work put into them! Equivalent to $4 I
think, £2 in English money. *4U

These are just gorgeous. Do you embroider them on satin? Kind of looks like that in the photo, or maybe polished cotton? Or maybe I need glasses? How much do you sell these for, Pat, if I may ask? Marji

by ron111otter 31 Jul 2008
Your eyesight is OK Marji, it is satin !
Yes, you may ask how much I sell them for,
£2, which is somewhere around USD $4, I
think. I'm almost giving them away aren't I? *4U

Ok, this is something I'm going to try. I have some old satin I really didn't know what to do with in my stash. Pat, you certainly are giving them away for $4. Do you have a local gift shop that might carry them on consignment? I work in a flower shop, always sell men who come for posies for their wives a card that another gal here paints by hand. Give it a shot, could pay for thread. You've inspired me. Marji

Thank you very much. A gift shop? In this
village? You must be joking! All the shops
that used to be here, have been turned
into eating places for the tourists! *4U

As always, your cards turn out lovely. I recognized the bear right away. I bought a 6 pk of window cards today from Michelles to do some cards soon. Now, just where did I put my satin?!?! *4U ><>

This is definitely something I want to try. Just can't get myself to get started on it. And you do such a nice job. And at $4 you are giving them away. Card certainly are not cheap here in the US.
